Bank accounts are linked to Eco via a third party partner called Plaid. Plaid connects directly to banks via individual integrations, and from time to time certain bank's connections to Plaid will break. When this happens, you'll often be prompted to reconnect your bank account in a loop, or deposits will fail immediately after they are created. We've found that Plaid has particular trouble with accounts from Capital One and Citi Bank.

If you're experiencing this we suggest that you delete the linked bank account and add another. If you don't have a different bank account, you may contact support@eco.com to get help setting up a recurring deposit directly from your payroll.
